Register now for the 2026-27 school year! Serving families in our community since 1962, Redeemer Renaissance Preschool provides premiere early childhood education for children ages 1.5 - 5 years old. Classes for 2's, 3's, and 4's are offered for mornings and all day. Good Beginnings, a class for children and their caretaker, is offered for children 1.5 years - 2.5 years. Children learn and flourish as they wonder and learn, building a foundation to ensure their success through use of the Creative Curriculum, vetted by the Virginia Department of education. The curriculum is play-based and with nature-based components incorporated, promotes healthy development in children as they discover and explore in our outdoor natural play area.﻿﻿ Small classes led by experienced teachers can be found singing, jumping, building, making friends, painting, writing, counting, and observing chickens hatch as one of their STEM projects in the Learning Lab. The Westover Knights Band

What began as weekend jam sessions has grown into a six-member outfit with a four-decade setlist — Tom Petty, Radiohead, Stone Temple Pilots, Goose, Hozier, Foo Fighters — and a mission that's bigger than the music.
Every single Westover Knights Band show is also a charity partner event.&nbsp;<a href="https://westoverknights.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">The band has&nbsp;helped raise more than $60,000 for local Arlington nonprofits.</a>

Calling all high school students with a passion for comedy! (the) Unruly Theatre Project (UTP) is The Alden’s professional teen improv company, bringing live comedic performances and community programs to audiences throughout the area.
Company members are paid for performances and rehearse twice a week from late September through May. In addition to performing at venues including art galleries, cafés and the Old Firehouse Center, members gain hands-on experience in areas such as marketing, stage management and photography.
Open to 9th-12th graders only.
Open Auditions: Tuesday-Wednesday, Sept. 15-16, 7-9 p.m. No prepared monologue is required. Headshots and resumes are welcome but not necessary.
