The apartment complex is the same place where a 3-year-old boy fell from a window and died in May. The boy had been with family members when he fell from an open, screened bedroom window.
Company for Skyline Towers in Falls Church where a toddler died after falling from 24th, only saying in a statement that thoughts and prayers are with the family of the child & they are fully cooperating with authorities. They would not address railing concerns. @ABC7News
