Transportation Summit Coming to Falls Church Area

Fairfax Chamber is hosting NOVAForward Wednesday at the Marriott Fairview Park.

On Wednesday, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce will host “NOVAForward Transportation Summit: Moving the Region Forward.” The event will focus on the region’s transportation needs, including current and future budgetary challenges to the industry, upcoming major infrastructure projects, Metro’s momentum campaign, the future of public private partnerships, and the health of the region’s airports and airlines.

The summit will take place Wednesday from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. at the Marriott Fairview Park, 3111 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church.

The keynote speaker is Peter Rogoff, Undersecretary for Policy, US Department of Transportation. The moderator is Jeff Plungis, Transportation Reporter, Bloomberg News.
