Upskirt Filming In Store Leads To Charge In Bailey's Crossroads
The man's phone contained over 1,000 photos and videos, police say. Evidence indicates he may have filmed other victims.

A man is facing a charge for upskirt filming at a grocery store in Bailey's Crossroads, according to Fairfax County Police. Detectives found thousands of files on his phone and believe there may be more victims.
Officers were called to the Giant at 3480 South Jefferson Street on June 29 after a loss prevention officer detained a man for the filming. Police say the man covered his cell phone in a handbasket, leaving the lens exposed. He allegedly put the basket under a woman's skirt and illegally filmed her.
Over 1,000 images and videos turned up during a search of Marshall's phone this week. Police do not believe the photos have been shared on the internet.
