Virtual Concert In Support Of Ukraine At Mary Riley Styles Library

Ten musicians will perform from various locations in Ukraine. The concert will be livestreamed at Mary Riley Styles Library in Falls Church.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — The Mary Riley Styles Public Library in Falls Church is hosting a virtual concert in support of Ukraine on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Ten musicians will perform from various locations in Ukraine.

The concert will be livestreamed via Zoom from the lower-level conference room at the library. Residents who want to listen to the concert must do so in person at the library. It will not be accessible online outside the library.

Attendees are asked to register for the event, so library staff know how many people to expect. Drop-ins will be welcome as long as there is enough space. The library is located at 120 N. Virginia Ave. in Falls Church.

After watching the virtual concert from Ukraine, attendees can walk across the street to Cherry Hill Park for the 28th Tinner Hill Music Festival. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and is headlined by blues artist Marcia Ball and New Orleans' Grammy winners Rebirth Brass Band.
