$100K Powerball Winner in Stafford, $50K Winner in Fredericksburg

A gas station and a grocery store are the luckiest spots in the region today, with winners in Wednesday night's record Powerball.

There are three tickets across the nation that will split a share of the $1.6B Powerball jackpot from Wednesday night.

But two tickets in Fredericksburg prove there’s more cash prizes than just the jackpot.

In Stafford, The Wawa at 15 Eustace Road sold a $100,000 ticket.

And someone who purchased a ticket at the Super Giant at 5701 Plank Road will have $50,000 in their pocket.

  • 4-8-19-27-34 and the Powerball 10

Two $1 million tickets were sold in Salem and Virginia Beach.

The Virginia Lottery notes that Powerball ticket sales in the state amounted to $34.7 million in profit, all of which will go to K-12 schools.
