11th Annual Crop for a Cure August 12th and 13th for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

Our 11th Annual Crop for a Cure is open for registration! Our 10th Annual Crop shattered records with a record setting amount of $58,000 sent to St. Jude Children’s Research hospital, making our ten year total $174,300! This was made possible by our generous participants, vendors, sponsors, and alumnae chapter members. Thank you on behalf of the children of St. Jude and the members of the Fredericksburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta!

Tri Delta’s partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has provided fundraising support for more than 16 years, working towards Danny Thomas’ wish that “No child should die in the dawn of life”. Located in Memphis, Tenn., St. Jude is the leading pediatric treatment center for children’s cancer. No child is turned away from treatment due to a family’s inability to pay. Nationwide, our members have been working together since 1999 to show their support of St. Jude, and to date, Tri Delta has raised more than $33 million dollars for St. Jude.

We are THRILLED to announce that this year’s crop will be held over two days, Friday, August 12th from 3pm – 10pm and Saturday, August 13th, from 8am – 10pm. We are excited that Fredericksburg Academy has agreed to host our Crop for the second year in a row and they are located at 10800 Academy Drive in Fredericksburg. The crop will include: Queen of the Crop, Vendors, demonstrations, make and takes, hourly door prizes, incredible raffles and our highlight of the day ~ our silent auction! Dinner on Friday evening and breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and drinks will be served so PLEASE come hungry!!

Summer Registration in June, July or August Cost: $85.00

Bonus Day: Add Friday night to set up and get croppin! Cost: $20.00


Guaranteed, we will have a wait list this year as we did last year so register early. You can cancel your spot and receive your money back until Friday, June 24th, 2016. After that date, your money will be considered a donation to St. Jude and your spot will be opened up to the waiting list.

Not a scrap booker? Don’t worry! Bring any craft project that you are working on. There are other ways you can make a difference: donate the $75 entry fee to “Go to Bed for the Cure,” purchase tickets for our raffles, or donate an item for our silent auction.
