16-Year-Old Runaway Sought By Stafford Co. Sheriff's Office

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Richar Pacheco Zavala, who they say is a runaway.

Zavala was last seen Monday night in the area of Cool Springs Road after leaving his home.

The sheriff’s office described Zavala as standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
