FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Health inspectors reported finding code violations at 10 of the Fredericksburg food establishments they visited between March 16 and March 31.
At one restaurant, employees were not monitoring cold holding and hot holding temperatures throughout the day. In addition, employees were not following safe handwashing procedures, according to one inspection report.
At another restaurant, an inspector observed food debris and other debris in both the warewashing and cookline hand sinks. The owner instructed food employees to clean both handwashing sinks.
