Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Announces Brokerage Management Change

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Jamie A. Scully, CCIM will manage the brokerage operations in Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office.

Jamie has been with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer since 2008 when Sullivan Properties, Inc. merged with Thalhimer; and he had been with Sullivan Properties since 2004.  Jamie has co-managed the Fredericksburg brokerage office for the past 4 yrs alongside Neil Sullivan and will now take over the full-time management of the brokerage operation as Neil Sullivan will concentrate solely on commercial brokerage.  

Jamie Scully has been active in commercial real estate since October of 2004, participating in a wide range of all aspects of sales, leasing, and development of retail, industrial, office and raw land projects.

Jamie was recently named as one of the ‘Top Ten of the Next Gen’ by the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and is currently participating in their Leadership Fredericksburg Class.  He is active in the community as Chair of City’s Architectural Review Board and a member of both the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation as well as the Central Virginia Housing Coalition.  Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, he graduated from Mary Washington College in 2004 with both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration. Jamie received his Virginia real estate license in the spring of 2004 and his CCIM designation in 2009.
