Bank Site Sold at Park View Building

Community Bank of the Chessapeake has purchased the first floor retail space at downtown Fredericksburg’s new Park View building.

The company is expected to open a bank location at the property, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the brokerage that handled the sale.

The 3,375 sq.ft. retail condominium sold for $1,580,800.

Upstairs at Park View, Jon Properties has two units under contract, including the 4th-floor unit.

They’re working on a 1-bedroom unit on the second floor as a model, and a 3rd-floor unit will be available.
