Fredericksburg Weather Blog: Sunny Skies Ahead

After a Tuesday that brought us temperatures near 80, we are going to say goodbye to the summer-like temps for a little bit. A cold front pushed south of the area Tuesday evening leaving some cooler weather in place for the next few days. I say cooler, but to be honest, we should be seeing temperatures in the 60's this time of year. So in this case, cooler equals normal.

High pressure is settling in for us meaning sunny skies and more settled weather. Expect temperatures the next few days to hover in the low to mid 60's. Clear skies overnight will allow our temperatures to drop, although we shouldn't see any freezing conditions. Leave the umbrellas at home the now through the weekend. This weekend is looking good for you to get outside and start some spring maintanace on the yard. Enjoy!
