Meet the Chef at Silver Diner Central Park in Fredericksburg

On Thursday, July 16, Silver Diner Executive Chef Ype Von Hengst will be at Silver Diner’s Fredericksburg location (2951 Plank Rd., Central Park, Fredericksburg) from 4 to 8 p.m. to meet and greet customers and hold a cooking demonstration.

The festivities include a reception from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. with food and drink tastings and networking. From 5:30 to 5:50 p.m., Executive Chef Ype will provide a cooking demonstration of Silver Diner’s popular Lobster Pasta and Burrata Bruschetta.Dinner will then be for sale and Chef Ype will make the rounds to speak with attendees.
