Call for Regional art to benefit The Poor Peoples Campaign at Rhizome DC

Call for DMV artists for a benefit show at Rhizome DC on behalf of The Poor Peoples Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival.
The details:
As we prepare to bring thousands of poor and low wage workers to DC on June 18th, 2022 the DC PPC seeks visual artists willing to partner with us for a two day fundraising art event at Rhizome DC. We seek to partner with artists who can contribute artworks priced to sell during the first weekend in May, 2022.
The process:
Please submit up to two pieces of art for consideration including Artist Name, Title, Art Dimensions and Medium, Date and Prize as well as artist bio and social media handles to: dc.ppcjune18.arts@gmail.com before April 15th, 2022 for consideration.

No offensive art, that is no homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism or otherwise inappropriate, violent content, this is a show accessible to all ages.
All art must be priced to sell, price determined by artists, in the event of art sale, the artist agrees to a standard 40-60 split, that is 40 percent of sales are to go towards PPC and 60 percent of sales will be paid to the artist, please price accordingly.
Art must be ready to hang and delivered TBD location prior to the show unless otherwise arranged with the curator. Artists must bring a signed copy of theArtists agree to a strict safe space policy: no homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, classism nor any other type of hate speech within the space. Artists agree to a strict non violence policy within the event and space provided by Rhizome DC.
