FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Central Rappahannock Regional Library will begin offering expanded customer service by telephone starting Wednesday. Library staff will answer research questions, including providing reading recommendations, and answer questions about services such as curbside pickup, return of items, and downloading eBooks and eAudios.
CRRL has not reopened its library branches for in-person service due to the coronavirus crisis. Other library systems in Virginia, including Fairfax and Loudoun counties, have reopened their libraries for in-person service and are continuing to provide curbside service.
Through the phone service, CRRL patrons will have access to research information from the CRRL's law library and the library's Virginiana collection of genealogical records and local history.
