Watch: Live Stream of Donald Trump Rally in Fredericksburg, VA

The GOP presidential nominee is trailing in Virginia by double digits, according to a new poll.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fresh off a campaign shakeup, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold a rally in the swing state of Virginia on Saturday, where polls have him behind his rival Hillary Clinton by double digits.

The rally will be held at 6 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. Doors opened at 3 p.m. As of Friday tickets were said by the campaign to be sold out.

Trump is trailing Clinton in Virginia by 14 points among registered voters and by eight points among likely voters, according to a new Washington Post poll. In the D.C. suburbs, such as Arlington, Alexandria and Fairfax, he trails by 45 points, by 7 in the Northern exurbs and by 17 points in the Richmond area. His only lead is in Southwest Virginia, a 26-point margin.

Trump, faring poorly in so-called swing state polls such as Virginia, has begun placing television ads in key battleground states. The ads were set to begin Friday in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania, and run through Aug. 29, Politico reported. Along with these four states, the Trump campaign has said it will also begin airing ads in Virginia. Clinton leads Trump in all five states.

The GOP nominee overhauled his campaign staff late Tuesday. He named ultra-conservative Breitbart News Chairman Stephen Bannon campaign chief executive and named campaign adviser Kellyanne Conway campaign manager.

Paul Manafort, who joined the campaign in March to professionalize the operation, resigned from his campaign chairman position on Friday amid the reshuffle and reports of off-the-books cash payments he received for consulting work he did for a pro-Russian party in Ukraine.
