Donald Trump Overhauls Campaign Again, Doesn't 'Trust' Intelligence Briefing and has $30M NJ Tax Debt Nearly Vanish

Donald Trump shakes up his campaign staff for the second time in two months, plus other big news stories of the day.

For the second time in two months, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has overhauled the top of his campaign staff. Amid sliding polls and a spate of self-inflicted controversies, the New York businessman has reshuffled the top executives of his campaign in a way that he believes better suits his temperament.

The Republican nominee tapped Breitbart News Chairman Stephen Bannon for a new position as campaign chief executive and pollster Kellyanne Conway, who has been a campaign adviser in recent weeks, as campaign manager. Paul Manafort, who has been Trump's campaign chairman, will remain in his role, albeit a diminished one.
