Drunk Couple Creates Stir at Wawa in Stafford: Police
They wound up in a women's restroom, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, with a man trying to put shoes on a wobbly woman.
STAFFORD, VA — A couple holed up in a women's restroom wound up being sent to jail early Monday morning after an odd episode at a Wawa convenience store on Butler Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Breanna Gordon 23, of Eleys Ford Road in Richardsville, was charged with public intoxication.
Nathan Wayne Pacifico, of Glen Oak Road in Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence.

Shortly after 2 a.m., police responded to a report from the store about a suspicious person. Upon their arrival, an employee told them a male and a female had retreated to the women's restroom and had been in there for quite a while.
Police entered the restroom and found a woman lying on the floor with a male trying to help her put her shoes on, and both people allegedly wreaked of alcohol.

A female officer aided the woman while a medical unit arrived, after which the woman could barely make it to the medical cot outside the doorway.
An investigation found they had been drinking earlier in the evening and had driven to the store from Locust Grove.
And then, well, they were taken to jail.
