EAT NAKED

Eat Naked or Raw?  Two titles for this blog post one a bit more "raw" than the other.  So now you know which one I chose.  A little over a week ago I took a giant step in a direction I've been headed.  I recently opened my idea of what fitness is and should be: a treat, a retreat a PITAIYO Mind & Body Boutique.

In opening the boutique I left the corporate luxury of an office with a fridge and microwave.  The "employee area"  at the boutique does not have a power source for which to plug in such aforementioned devices.  And I like it.  I eat naked a lot!  Before you get any silly images in your head (Dolly Parton) I am referring to my food.  I eat naked raw foods and although I am working around the clock as a small business owner, mother, wife, etc the good food I am feeding my body has permitted to sustain a high performance of living.

The food in the closet "employee's lounge" consists of a small plastic bin of tomatoes and a bag of carrots.  Well it did, I just polished off the carrots.    I bring my food from home and have no way of heating it up and it's actually been refreshing.  When was the last time you didn't coat your salad with dressing?  Have you ever eaten a green pepper like an apple?

Try going NAKED and eating raw.  You will like how your body feels and your body will like you.
