Ebenezer Church Hosts Women's Self-Defense Class

A two-session self-defense course just for women is coming to Ebenezer Church in Stafford this August. In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up on Saturday, August 5 and Saturday, August 12 from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. The course increases awareness and overall safety through lecture, discussion, and hands-on training in realistic self-defense techniques. The cost is $25. Lunch will be provided.
