Fredericksburg Police Seek Witnesses To March 18 Shooting On Tyler Street
Fredericksburg police are asking for any information the public may have about Wednesday night shooting on Tyler Street.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA —Fredericksburg police are asking anyone who may have witnessed or has information about the shooting incident that took place Wednesday night in the 300 block of Tyler Street to contact authorities.
Officers were dispatched to Tyler Street to investigate a 7:42 p.m. shots fired report.
"When officers arrived on scene, they located an unoccupied vehicle with damage consistent with being struck by gunfire," according to the incident report."The investigation later revealed that the vehicle had been occupied at the time of the incident, but no injuries were reported. Several cartridge casings were recovered at the scene."
