In order to receive a free car wash, veterans are asked to let the attendant know they are a veteran or in the armed forces. No proof of veteran or personnel status will be required.

Rio Car Wash began in 1995. Since that time they have grown to four locations in Virginia and feature state of the art, all soft cloth equipment and premium brand automotive car care products. “My father, Neil Small, is a Marine Corp veteran and co-owner of our Stafford location, and I am honoured to offer those who have served, the opportunity to enjoy a clean automobile as a thank you for their service,” said Jeff Small of Rio Car Wash.
