Chatham Manor and its grounds and outbuildings are located at 120 Chatham Lane in Stafford, Virginia just across the river from the City of Fredericksburg. Chatham, a historic plantation home and a hospital, headquarters, and communication center during the Civil War battle of Fredericksburg, now serves as the headquarters for the Fredericksburg-Spotsylvania National Military Park. Chatham Manor is open daily and will be open during the event. Park volunteers give tours of the buildings. There is also a 12 minute film on the history of Chatham and a 32 minute film that explains the Fredericksburg civilian experience during the Civil War.
