FXBG Sandwich Invitational July 30: Details Here

If your tastebuds can’t wait for Summer Restaurant Week, beginning July 31, you can get your fix a night early again this year with the FXBG Sandwich Invitational on July 30.

The 2nd annual event will be from 6-8:30 p.m. at Hurkamp Park in downtown Fredericksburg, coordinated by the Fredericksburg Main Street Initiative.

For $30, you can enjoy sample-size sandwiches from 13 independent restaurants, along with other local food tastings and beverages.

The restaurants are vying for a $500 People’s Choice prize and the $750 prize for the 2015 Sandwich King.

There’s a limited number of tickets, so get yours early. Tickets are available at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, 706 Caroline Street.
