Man Threatens to Blow Up Store, Bank in Stafford: Police
The New York man mostly was just yelling about intentions to do so, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Now he's in jail.

STAFFORD, VA — A man threatened to blow up a bank and a convenience store Wednesday, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Felix A. Martinez, 40, of Copiague, N.Y., was arrested and charged with threats to bomb or damage and disorderly conduct. He's being held without bond.
Shortly after 8 a.m., police arrived at the Sheetz at 10 Washington Square where the manager said a man bought gas, went into the store and began telling customers he was going to blow up the store. He then bought two containers of snuff and drove away in a silver Chrysler Pacifica.

Store employees wrote down his out-of-state licence plate number and gave it to police, who found the car was a rental from New York. The rental company gave police the man's name.
Some three hours later, police responded to report of a suspicious person at the Navy Federal Credit Union on Corporate Drive. Employees said the man was yelling and making threats to blow the place up, after which he left.

Police found him at a nearby Subway restaurant.
