Man's Plan to Retrieve His Kids Backfires in Stafford: Police
He slashed the tires on his estranged wife's vehicle, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, but ultimately was rebuffed.

STAFFORD, VA — A man had a plan Saturday night to retrieve his children from his estranged wife at the Walmart on 125 Washington Square Plaza, and it worked until it didn't, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Casey Donald Deane Irvin, 37, of White Oak Road, was charged with disorderly conduct, vandalism and tampering with a vehicle.
Tampering with a vehicle? Seems like a bit more than tampering. Before Irvin entered the store, he cut both passenger side tires of the victim's vehicle.
