Multiple Lanes Of Emancipation Highway Shut Down In Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A crash on Emancipation Highway in Fredericksburg shut down all but one lane of southbound traffic on Thursday morning. Police said the crash occurred near Route 3.

On Facebook, the Fredericksburg Police Department asked drivers to avoid the area. Authorities said they would send a follow-up when the crash is cleared.

The police department did not initially report whether any injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
