Nude Man Shuts Down Northbound I-95 For 20 Minutes On Friday Morning: Police
A man was arrested on Friday in Stafford after police said he crashed into a construction site on I-95 and began stripping in the roadway.
STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — Northbound Interstate 95 was shut down for 20 minutes on Friday morning after a man stripped in the roadway, police said. Authorities said a driver crashed into a construction site before stripping nude on the highway.
Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash near mile marker 141 on northbound Interstate 95 on Friday morning, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in an update. Authorities said the crash involved a single vehicle, a white SUV, that was traveling at a high rate of speed, left the roadway at the construction site, and overturned.
After the crash, the driver of the SUV walked onto the interstate and began to strip. He was completely nude by the time deputies arrived on the scene, according to the sheriff's office.

The man peacefully surrendered to deputies, police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The driver did not suffer major injuries.
The northbound lanes of I-95 were shut down for about 20 minutes on Friday morning. All lanes were reopened by 11:15 a.m.
