Pizza Palooza Sept. 17--Vote YOUR Favorite Pizza!

We’re having a Pizza party in Market Square on Saturday, September 17, from 5-9 PM. Admission is $1, and vendors are offering $1 pizzas by the slice. Everyone who comes will have a token, and they can use it to vote for their favorite pizza of the Palooza. We have two categories: People’s Choice for the best basic pizza slice, and Judge’s Choice for the best specialty pizza slice.

Brews by Spencer-Devon will (literally) be on tap, and Italian varietal wines by the glass will also be offered. Both are $5 a glass. Non-alcoholic choices will also be offered.

But wait. There’s more! We have Fredericksburg’s own rock ‘n roll cover band, Acoustic Onion, who’ll be on stage playing classic rock from the Beatles to Springsteen, from Led Zeppelin to Grand Funk, CCR and Stones. Bring your dancing shoes!

Also bring a chair! We’ll have limited seating and umbrella tables, but we hope to rock the house and fill the Square with fun.
