Police: Armed Robber Takes Drugs From Plank Road Pharmacy
Surveillance photos show suspect in Tuesday morning incident, according to Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.
Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office is hoping that surveillance images will help identify the suspect in an armed robbery of a Rite Aid on Tuesday morning.
The suspect reportedly entered the store just after 10 a.m. at the 5200 block of Plank Road.
The suspect presented a note to the pharmacist and displayed a semi-automatic handgun, according to deputies.

He left the business with an undisclosed amount of prescription pills. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white male, mid 30’s to mid-40’s; approximately 5’11 to 6’1 and approximately 240 lbs.

He was wearing dark sunglasses, green t-shirt with white/yellow writing, blue shorts with a stripe, green/gray baseball style cap, and had a few day growth facial hair.
