Police: DUI Arrest After Car Crashes Into Wendy's
The restaurant had just recently opened, according to Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.
A man crashed into a Wendy’s restaurant early Friday morning, according to Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office. Anthony Evans, 29, is charged with DUI.
At 6:45 a.m. Friday, officers arrived at the Wendy’s at 5801 Plank Road, according to Capt. Jeff Pearce.
“Mr. Evans was traveling west bound on Plank Road, when he apparently lost control of his vehicle and careened off the roadway, striking the recently opened establishment,”

Evan was examined at the scene. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
