Police: Fredericksburg Man Makes Terrorist Threats, Arrested in New Jersey
The suspect is being held in a New Jersey prison on $30,000 bail.

New Jersey police have arrested a Fredericksburg man accused of assault and making terrorist threats Sunday, Nov. 23, according to The Express-Times.
Kelly Cox, 30, allegedly assaulted a New Jersey man, Richard Coddington, inside his home Sunday night. Cox allegedly threw Coddington to the ground and told him, “you are going to die, old man,” according to The Greenwich Township Police Department.
Police arrived at Coddington’s home around 8 p.m., found the victim outside and were told that Cox was still inside. They later found another man, Brian Freeman Jr., 22 of Maryland, who said he was a relative of Cox’s.

The New Jersey police were able to find Cox inside the house. They arrested him and charged him with assault and making terroristic threats. He is being held on $30,000 bail.
