Proposed Fall Hill Shops In Fredericksburg Include Retail, 2 Fast-Food Restaurants

Fredericksburg residents can comment by June 22 on proposed Fall Hill Avenue shops and restaurants proposal.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A proposed commercial project on Fall Hill Avenue would bring three new buildings with retail space and two fast-food restaurants to the Fall Hill Mixed Use development, according to a major site plan submitted to the city.

The project, listed as SPMAJ2605-0064, calls for 15,200 square feet of construction and related infrastructure on future Parcel 1A of the Shops at Fall Hill. The site is at 3430 Fall Hill Ave., on the south side of Fall Hill Avenue and west side of Briscoe Lane.

Plans show three pads: a 4,000-square-foot restaurant, a 3,200-square-foot restaurant and an 8,000-square-foot retail building. Each building is listed at 18 feet tall.

The Shops at Fall Hill site is located at 3430 Fall Hill Ave., on the south side of Fall Hill Avenue and west side of Briscoe Lane. (City of Fredericksburg)

The property is zoned C-H, Commercial Highway, under O25-13. The parcel is identified as GPIN 7769-76-7937.

The applicant is Andrew Altman of Fall Hill Regency LLC. The applicant’s engineer is Will Duncanson of Bowman Consulting.
