FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Petunia, a 2-year-old dog at the Fredericksburg SPCA, is available for adoption now. This friendly and laid-back young lady is ready to find her forever home.

According to the SPCA, Petunia epitomizes the idea of an easy-going pup. "She is the girl next door type who gets along with all her dog pals at the shelter," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. "She's enjoyed being in playgroups, although she was less 'play' and more 'observe & hang out.'"

Petunia is more than a pretty face, though. She enjoys greeting her human friends at the door when they arrive, and she is always willing to join in on a walk. "If your goal is cool, crisp, evening strolls this fall, Petunia thinks that is a great opportunity for you and her to do it together," the SPCA said.
