Spotsylvania Education Association (SEA) and the Spotsylvania Branch NAACP will host a candidate forum for the Board of Supervisors and School Board candidates on October 24, 2013 at the John J. Wright Educational & Cultural Center located at 7565 Courthouse Road, 22553 from 7 pm until 9 pm. Come out to personally meet and hear how these candidates plan to represent you on our county boards.
On November 5th local elections will be held in the Battlefield, Berkeley, and Lee Hill Districts in Spotsylvania County and the NAACP has confirmed that all but one candidate will be in attendance.
Tuesday, October 15, 2013 is the deadline to register to vote or update your address for the November 5, 2013 General Election.
Absentee Ballot Deadlines
The deadline to submit applications for absentee ballot to be mailed is 5 pm on Tue October 29th. Ballots must be received in order to be counted 7 pm on Election Day.
