FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Another shooting was reported in Fredericksburg on Wednesday afternoon. No injuries were reported, but it was the second shooting in the city this week, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.

The shooting occurred just before noon on Wednesday, Aug. 4, police said in a report. Fredericksburg's 911 call center received the report of shots fired in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Avenue in the city.

Originally, witnesses reported seeing a man and a woman near the bus stop having an argument, police said. During the argument, another man in front of the Manshu Check and Cash began to interject in the conversation.

The conversation between the two men began to escalate, when the first man pulled out a gun, according to the police report. He then fired "multiple rounds towards the male standing in front of Manshu Check and Cash," police wrote on Facebook.

One of the bullets penetrated a store window, investigators determined. The victim ran inside the store for cover and was unharmed.
