As the investigation continued, police found that Powell also had sold a leaf blower to the shop. Police called his father, who then discovered he was missing his leaf blower.
Police located Powell, and he twice told them he would turn himself in.
He never did, so police finally tracked him down again in the area of 300 Chatham Heights Road.
