Thalhiemer Announces 15 New Commercial Leases

Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhiemer had a busy month of August with 15 new commercial leases signed.

Here is the full list of new leases:

• Stafford Seafood LLC has leased 4,350 square feet of office/warehouse space at 400 Nelms Circle in Stafford County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
•  Duty Truck Repair has leased 4,100 additional square feet of industrial space in Fredericksburg Center B Building at 11900 Main St. in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Daren Washington has leased 3,945 square feet of retail space for a daycare center at 3106 Plank Rd. in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Stafford House of Yoga, LLC has leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 971 Garrisonville Road in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt and Paul Eakin handled the lease negotiations. 
• Stroker Unlimited has leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 10964 Bloomsbury Road in King George.   Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Alcolock VA LLC has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Quarles Warehouses at 101 Juliad Ct. in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.   
• Beck II, LLC has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Quarles Warehouses at 101 Juliad Court in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations. 
• Simply Modern Bridal has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in Gateway Village at 2356 Plank Road in Fredericksburg. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Blue & Gray Title LLC has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Lee’s Hill Retail Center at 10651-10673 Spotsylvania Ave. in Spotsylvania County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.   
• Hortensia Zurita has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for a hair salon in the Shops at Salem Fields at 7108 Salem Fields Blvd. in Spotsylvania County.  Magnolia Martin handled the lease negotiations.  
• Cartridge World has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Westwood Village at 1990 William Street in FredericksburgVirgil .  handled the lease negotiations. 
• Fabrion of Virginia has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 4324 Carr Drive in Fredericksburg. Sharon E. Schmidt and Neil S. Sullivan handled the lease negotiations. 
• Master Ha’s World Class Taekwondo has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Town  & Country Marketplace at 39 Town & Country Drive in Stafford County.   Virgil Nelson and Magnolia Martin handled the lease negotiations. 
• Nance & Associates has leased 1,050 square feet of office space in Westwood Village at 1930 William Street in Fredericksburg.   Virgil Nelsonhandle d the lease negotiations.
• Beauty & Barber has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in Route 3 Retail Center at 4701 Plank Road in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson and Magnolia Martin handled the lease negotiations.
