Brides couldn’t have asked for nicer weather yesterday at the
Gauntlet’s Wedding Showcase. I’ve been to two of the their open houses and the food is always delicious. Their chef always has delicious offerings but the chicken with capers took me by surprise. It was simply amazing! IMHO. Moist, tender, and very flavorful.
