Two Fredericksburg Area Restaurants Make Top 50 Best in NOVA

We know there’s some good eats here in Fredericksburg, and now the rest of the region knows it, too.

Northern Virginia Magazine recently released a list of the 50 best restaurants in the area and we’re happy to say two Fredericksburg area restaurants made the list.

Peter Chang’s China Cafe, on 1771 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg, and Zibibbo 73, on 2752 Jefferson Davis Highway in Stafford, both received the honor.

Peter Chang’s serves chinese food for dining in and carry-out. The restaurant is “known for its modern interpretation of classic oriental dishes and its insistence on only using high quality fresh ingredients,” according to its website. Diners can enjoy Peter Chang’s exceptional food between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Zibibbo 73 is a trattoria and wine bar that serves authentic Italian food. Zibibbo 73, which opens at 11 a.m. every day, is open until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, until 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and until 9 p.m. Sundays.

According to its website, “Zibibbo73 Ristorante & Raw Bar in Stafford, VA. brings a taste of the old world cuisine in a modern setting, to our area. With fresh simple recipes, fresh herbs and vegetables, naturally raised meats and fish. The finest cheeses and pasta on the market.” The restaurant also caters and hosts private parties.
