VRE Not Operating Tuesday
Commuter train service says it will need to evaluate whether service can be managed Wednesday.
VRE will not operate service on Tuesday, Jan. 26, as the region continues digging out from the winter storm that left more than two feet of snow in some parts of the area.
“We will make a decision on service for Wednesday, January 27 tomorrow evening after we assess the condition of our facilities and railroads,” according to a VRE statement.
