5th Annual Langley Crew and McLean Crew Turkey Trot 5K

Check one item off your Thanksgiving to-do list early by registering for the 5th Annual Langley Crew and McLean Crew Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run.

Langley and McLean are rivals on the water, but every Thanksgiving weekend the two teams unite to host a community 5K run or walk. Runners and walkers of all ages and paces are welcome. Check-in opens at 8:30 am, and the race starts at 9 am.

Crew is a varsity club sport that receives no funding from FCPS or Fairfax County. Proceeds help cover boats, coaching, transportation, regattas, and financial assistance for rowers, including many student-athletes from Great Falls.

Local businesses are invited to sponsor the race. Sponsorships start at $300 and reach 400+ race-day runners and fans, plus thousands more through both teams' websites and Instagram. Applications are due October 30. Details: https://www.langleycrew.com/page/show/7522386-5th-annual-langley-crew-and-mclean-crew-2026-turkey-trot-5k-.
