Herndon Shooting Leaves 1 Seriously Injured; Suspect Flees In Silver Sedan

HERNDON, VA — One person was seriously injured and taken to the hospital early Saturday morning in connection with a shooting incident that took place in the Herndon area, according to a post on the Fairfax County Police Department's official Twitter account.

Officers were at the scene of the shooting in 2100 block of Astoria Circle around 6:43 a.m. on Saturday. Police believe the suspect had left the area in a silver sedan.
