2 Homes Broken Into In Herndon: Police

HERNDON, VA -- Two homes in south Herndon were broken into on Friday night, police say.

The first happened in the 12400 block of Margaret Thomas Lane at around 5: 30 p.m. Jan. 19. "A home was broken into and items were reported stolen," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Between 7-8:30 p.m. that same night, police say a home in the 13200 block of Rolling Plans Court was broken into and money and property were stolen.
