3 People Were Injured In Early Morning Stabbing And Shooting Incident In The Herndon Area
Three people were taken to a hospital early Saturday following a shooting and stabbing incident in the Herndon area.

HERNDON, VA — Fairfax County Police are investigating a shooting and stabbing that took place early Saturday morning in the Herndon area of the county, according to a 3:54 a.m. post on the department's official Twitter account. The incident took place in the 2400 block of Centreville Road.
Three people were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not released a description of the suspect, but people were advised to avoid the area as officers continue to investigate the incident.
