Aggravated Assault Charge Levied Against Herndon Man: Police

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police arrested 23-year-old Dimitri Stephen-Reate Rike of Herndon for assaulting a person he knew on Thursday, according to the weekly crime report.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

HPD charged Rike with aggravated assault for the attack on the victim, which took place in the 1100 block of Dublin Place in Herndon. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
