Aggravated Assault Charges Filed Against 2 Men By Herndon Police
Town of Herndon Police arrested two men on aggravated assault charges in two separate and unrelated incidents on Thursday.

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police charged two men with aggravated assault in two separate incidents last Thursday, according to a police release.
In the first incident, police arrested Elvin Antonio Hernandez, 39, of Herndon for assault and for assaulting a victim who was known to him. The incident occurred on Thursday in the 300 block of Linden Court, according to police. Hernandez was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
In the second incident, Herndon Police were called to the 1200 block of Elden Street for reports that 29-year-old Dennis Humberto Roman Neverrote of no fixed address was touching the a victim's buttocks. Police charged Roman Neverrote on two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement, one count of assault, and one count of resisting arrest. Roman Neverrote was taken to the adult detention center, where he was held without bond.
