Armed Robber Hits Herndon 7-Eleven: Police
The man pulled a gun and demanded cash, police say.

HERNDON, VA -- A Herndon 7-Eleven was robbed by a man with a gun early Thursday morning, police say.
Police say that a man entered the 7-Eleven at 2501 Centreville Road at around 12:44 a.m. and "went to the counter to make a purchase," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
"When the clerk was reaching for the item, the suspect displayed a gun and demanded cash," the report states. "He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and sneakers."
