Armed Robbery In Herndon: Police
A masked man armed with a gun robbed a Herndon gas station, police say.
HERNDON, VA -- Police are searching for a suspect after a masked man armed with a gun robbed a Herndon gas station.
Police were called to the Sunoco station at 13470 Coppermine Road at around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
Police say a man wearing a mask entered the gas station, displayed a handgun to the cashier, took cash, and fled.

No one was injured. Police described the man as black, about 6' tall, and 200 pounds.
