Police were alerted after hearing a woman, who was also charged, throw rocks at the clinic's window.

HERNDON, VA — A man and a woman are under arrest on drug charges after police say they broke into a vet clinic in downtown.

After investigating further, police found 36-year-old James Rainer Balz, also of Herndon, passed out inside of the business.
